RETURN POLICY

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Jessica Wellness Shop products have been formulated and fabricated according to the highest quality standards. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please let us know so we can rectify the situation for you. If you suspect that the quality of the product is not correct, please contact us at customerservicejessicawellness@gmail.com to inform us of the situation. Depending on the situation, we will collaborate to find the best solution for you.
To be eligible for a return, make sure that:
You may return most of the products as long as they are new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All refunds related to returns that are not the result of our error will have the original shipping and handling fee removed from the total refund amount. You will also be responsible for return shipping costs to our facility.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Shipping charges: Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying shipping costs and for the risk of product loss or damage during shipping, both to and from Jessica Wellness LLC.
Damaged Items: If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance, by email customerservice@jessicawellness.com
Digital Products: We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is shipped. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you are having trouble receiving or downloading our products.
Wrong Address: Jessica Wellness LLC is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer (this includes wrong apartment/house number, wrong street, etc.) Please take your time and make sure you provide all correct information. If your address is incorrect, the package will be returned to our facilities. Jessica Wellness LLC is not responsible for orders lost in the return process or unclaimed or refused orders. If the product arrives at our facilities in poor condition after being returned due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible. In order to be eligible for a return or reshipment of your package, we must first receive it at our facilities.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON AN EXISTING ORDER IN TRANSIT?
Once the order has been processed and shipped (in transit), it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier and make any necessary changes (an additional charge may apply). Jessica Wellness LLC is not responsible for change of address. You can contact us at customerservice@jessicawellness.com to let us know and ensure we change your address as quickly as possible. HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON AN EXISTING ORDER?
If the order has been processed and has not been shipped and you want to make a change of address, the customer must cancel the order and make a new purchase, and we will charge 3% of the transaction. This is done for the benefit of the customer and to protect him from scams.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF IT IS IN TRANSIT?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order from our customer service department. Once your order has entered our shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Your order is currently in transit to the address provided at checkout.
To receive a refund, you may return the package in its original condition to our shipping department.
Once the package arrives, we will process a refund less the original cost of shipping and the restocking fee.

Return of an item:
Pack the item(s) securely in the package along with the RMN NUMBER written on a box or inside the box, along with a note stating whether you wish to exchange or refund the product.
All return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.
Please save the return tracking number of the package you are returning to ensure the package is received by our returns team. In all cases, refunds will ONLY be made to the credit card used for the original purchase.

REFUND
Incorrect shipping addresses:
If for any reason you enter the wrong shipping address, you must wait until the product returns to our facility to receive a refund based on the criteria described below.
ON ORDERS THAT HAVE FREE SHIPPING:
DOMESTIC ORDERS: Less 15% handling and restocking fees will be refunded.
ON ORDERS THAT PAID SHIPPING:
DOMESTIC ORDERS: Will be refunded WITHOUT SHIPPING less 5% handling and restocking charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Will be refunded WITHOUT SHIPPING minus 10% handling and restocking charges.
IN CASE YOU NEED TO CONTACT US TO CONFIRM THE ORDER:
Sometimes our system determines some errors in the order and for this reason, many times we must contact you to verify the shipping address or other order information. If you do not respond within 5 continuous days, we will send you a second email. If we do not receive a response within a period of 7 continuous days, you will be refunded the shipping of the money included, less 5% of the entire order for handling and restocking.
REFUND TIME:
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of delivery of the package to the sender, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes to Your bank will process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
